In the heart of the small fishing port of Le Niel, the museum is housed in a 1962 villa surrounded by a landscaped Mediterranean garden. The uncluttered design of the exhibition rooms enhances the collection dedicated to post-war abstract painting.

This unique setting houses a remarkable collection dedicated to painting from the second half of the 20th century, highlighting the major currents of non-figuration and abstraction in France between 1945 and 1965.
A visit to the villa's Mediterranean garden immerses you in the scents of Provence. The moment can be extended with a drink on the terrace, overlooking the little port and the sea as far as the eye can see.

You'll love :
- An architect-designed villa transformed into a luminous, intimate exhibition space.
- The end-of-the-world atmosphere of the Port du Niel, enjoyed over a drink on the museum terrace.
- A fine selection of works from 1945-1965.
