The Provence Med City Card is 100% digital, easy to activate and easy to use. You can purchase it online, via the dedicated mobile app, or at one of our 10 tourist information offices.
Online: choose your 24-hour, 48-hour or 3-day option and purchase your City Card here. Once you’ve paid, you’ll immediately receive:
• a confirmation email containing your City Card(s) in the form of a QR code,
• a unique pass number to link to your ProvenceMed City Card mobile app.
Via the mobile app: download for free the Provence Med City Card app to your smartphone, purchase your card and enjoy tips and services to make your visit easier. You can validate all your entries, including your bus and sea shuttles journeys, directly from your mobile.
In-store: buy your Provence Med City Card at one of our 10 tourist information offices.

If you do not wish to or are unable to use the mobile app, you must visit one of our sales outlets to collect your travel tickets. If you have already purchased your Provence Med City Card online, we will issue them to you upon presentation of your purchase confirmation email.
Activation: how does it work?
Buy it now, use it whenever you like: your Provence Med City Card is automatically activated the first time you use it at one of the included venues. It is this first use that starts the countdown for the validity period chosen at the time of purchase (24 hours, 48 hours or 3 days).
- Please note: the validity of the Provence Med City Card is measured in hours, but the validity of transport tickets is measured in days.
- Example: You activate your 24-hour City Card on a Tuesday at 3 pm > It is valid until Wednesday at 2.59 pm for all tourist and cultural sites. Your transport tickets, however, are valid until Tuesday at 11.59 pm (check bus and waterbus timetables here).
